Consultants: to work with the management team at board level and really get under the skin of the business, creating the written articulation of the brand definition.
Creatives: to work with the consultant to visually define the brand and create brand themes that will be honed to form the final brand expression.
Project managers: to develop the brand across a range of platforms and ensure messaging and articulation are consistent.
Online and Offline designers and programmers: to create the brand book as the final articulation of the new brand and, if required, to implement the brand at launch across all platforms and all expressions as required.
