Position 1: Senior Design Creative
We are an established brand creation and communications consultancy focusing on business branding.
We are looking for a Senior Design Creative to join our small team of marketing and creative professionals. The person we are looking for will be involved in all elements of our creative offering from taking a client brief, conceptualising precisely engineered ‘communications fit’ between brands and their target audiences, excecuting design work as well as their own artwork. A strong ability to generate conceptual ideas along with functional design is key to this position. They will have a commitment to quality, attention to detail and accountability.
We are looking for an experienced creative who has previously worked in branding consultancies The candidate should be confident in dealing directly with our clients as we don’t have an agency-like client service structure.
A design degree as well as proficiency in Abode Creative Suite and PowerPoint is required.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with project managers and directly with clients
- Attend client meetings
- From written briefs, creating creative concepts to use right through to final design output ensuring that projects are running on time and delivering against the brief
- Creating detailed brand guidelines covering all details of conceptual and technical applications of new brands
- Ability to work with your own initiative
- Organised, professional, accurate and passionate about their work
- Presenting concepts to clients
Useful background requirements in this role include:
- 6+ years experience of design in agencies or consultancies
- A portfolio of high quality work
- A good knowledge of colour in print and online as well as various print processes
- Presentable in front of clients and able to develop good client relationships

Position 2: Creative artworker
We are an established brand creation and communications consultancy focusing on business branding.
We are looking for a Creative Artworker to join our small team of marketing and creative professionals to assist in the creation of new brands through print and web design.
The role will involve the development of materials including; corporate literature, detailed brand guidelines, adverts, packaging and other marketing and sales materials. It is then envisaged that the role will develop to be a mix of creative artworking and design where you will be relied on to make judgments for style, design and layout within a brand’s guidelines. Ideally you should have an interest in layout and typography. You will liaise with designers, project managers, printers and suppliers to realise a high quality of production.
You will need to have at least 3 years commercial experience and be fluent in Abode Creative Suite and MS Office applications. A thorough understanding of colour in print and online as well as various print processes is essential.
Familiar with production artworking, you are a confident communicator and team-player, able to deliver consistently sometimes under tight time constraints. Adaptable to a varied base of client requirements you possess good time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
